- Access to the Meet environment URLs (provided by &money)
Browser Requirements
| Browser | Support Level |
|---|---|

| Edge | Yes (Recommended) |
| Safari | Limited |
Best Practices
- Participants: Up to 4 participants with speaker identification
- Duration: Designed for standard advisory meetings (up to 2 hours)
- Microphone: Use laptop microphone or external microphone connected to laptop
- During Meeting: Keep the Meet browser tab active throughout the session. If you need Salesforce during the meeting, open a separate browser tab
Browser Permissions
Meet needs microphone access to transcribe your meeting. The first time you open Meet, your browser will ask for permission. If you clicked Block earlier, you can change it and reload.

Enterprise Deployment (Managed Devices)
Pre-configure browser policies to skip permission prompts for managed devices:
| Browser | Policy | Value |

| Chrome | AudioCaptureAllowedUrls |
https://[*.]andmoney.dk |
| Edge | AudioCaptureAllowedUrls |
https://[*.]andmoney.dk |
Deploy via GPO, Intune, or MDM.
Tip: Pre-configuration ensures a seamless first-time experience and reduces support requests.
