Label Filter Configuration — New LWC config options for controlling the label filter:

  • labelWhitelist — Restrict the filter dropdown to only show specific labels
  • hideLabelFilter — Completely hide the label filter for use-cases where it’s not relevant

Template Labels and Filtering

You can now organize templates using labels and filter them when creating presentations.

  • Add labels to templates — Categorize templates with custom labels (e.g., “Investment”, “Mortgage”, “Private Banking”)
  • Filter by label — Advisors can filter available templates by selecting a label from the dropdown
  • Preselect label — Configure a preselected label in your wrapper component to automatically filter templates based on context

Bug Fixes

Slide Deck Permission Set Corrections

Resolved an issue where the Can_generate_slide_deck PermissionSet lacked necessary permissions, causing Salesforce record IDs to display instead of customer types when choosing slides.

  • Impact: Users with the affected PermissionSet experienced incorrect data display when generating presentations
  • Resolution: Updated the Can_generate_slide_deck PermissionSet to include all required field-level security and apex code permissions

Template Update Status Tracking

Fixed a defect where template operations (new uploads or reordering) incorrectly flagged all templates as “Updated” rather than only the modified ones.

  • Impact: Made it difficult for administrators to identify which templates had actually changed
  • Resolution: Implemented an auxiliary tracking object to accurately monitor template modifications

This release includes the following updates:

Interactive slides Allow the admin to create even more nice-looking slides, which gives the feeling of interactivity at the meeting.

Editing slides This feature allows admins to create slides where the user can edit the content with free text and thereby gives the users an option to create their own personal slide for the meeting.

Tag modifiers Allows admins to transform the data from Salesforce fields before inserting them into the customer presentations. This gives control over text formatting without changing the source data in Salesforce, and creates new opportunities for the usage of tags.

The Present Test Tool allows you to test and validate your templates before uploading them in Present. This tool helps you to identify any issues with your templates before they are uploaded to Present. It can report on missing data in chart, incorrect tags, and more. It allows template authors to get info, warnings or errors on the slides they create.

  • Deactivation of old templates

We now support deactivation/archiving of templates in Present. This will keep your templates’ metadata when deactivating templates used in reporting. This feature allows you to deactivate templates, but keep the metadata of a template but no longer want to use.

This feature allows you to map fields from custom and nested objects in Salesforce to tags in your templates.
