Management UI

  • Duration-Based Daily Meeting Time Limits: Administrators can now configure maximum meeting time per advisor per day using duration-based limits instead of meeting counts. This feature provides:
    • Configuration levels (most specific wins):
      • Organization-wide default: Set in Management UI under BookMe/Meeting Setup tab (applies to all advisors)
      • Service Group override: Configure on Service Groups under the BookMe/Service Groups tab (applies to group members)
      • Advisor-specific override: Set on advisor availability under the BookMe/Availaibility (Employees) tab (applies to individual advisor)
    • How it works: System tracks total booked meeting duration per advisor per day. When an advisor reaches their limit, they are automatically excluded from available time slot searches
    • Benefits:
      • More accurate capacity management (30-minute and 2-hour meetings now count differently)
      • Flexible scheduling based on actual meeting duration
    • Migration: Existing count-based limits of “Max meetings per day” are automatically converted to duration-based limits using 1:1 hour conversion (e.g., 2 meetings → 2 hours). Important: This is a behavioral change and might cause your advisor availability to change.
