BookMe Onboarding
BookMe-specific onboarding for new customer tenants. The platform-level foundations — Microsoft 365, Identity, and SCIM — are configured once and reused across products; this section covers the BookMe-specific work on top of those foundations.
Before you start
Make sure the Foundation surfaces are in place first:
- Microsoft 365 integration installed (either Graph-Proxy mode or direct Graph access).
- Entra Identity — admin consent granted on the Engage management and customer-portal apps; users mapped to app roles.
- SCIM provisioning — employees and rooms syncing from your Entra tenant.
If you are onboarding a brand-new tenant, the Integration Onboarding Guide is the cross-cutting reference that ties these together.
